Several Internet portals provide information about television programming content and schedules.

The following sites provide online access to television programs that can be watched on a computer via a web browser or media player. Video images of 320 x 240 pixels resolution typically require a transmission capacity of 300 kilobits/second. Internet access with a broadband transmission capability (DSL, cable, etc.) is recommended. Streaming video, unlike downloaded video files, is not stored on a viewer’s computer, and cannot be replayed.
